Why I Started MYNDR
I started looking into this world because I had chronic pain. I wanted to understand why, and my background in neuromuscular biology and neuroplasticity helped me make sense of my symptoms. I teach it now because I believe the basics of this should be in every gym; everyone deserves to understand their own biology and have simple tools to help themselves.
What I Teach & Why It Works
The Technique Library is probably the best way to answer this question. The practices I use draw from a wide range of somatic, neuromuscular, and breath-based tools, essentially, any technique that helps regulate your nervous system. They don't always feel slow or calm in the moment, but each one targets specific neural and physiological pathways to help the body create a sense of safety, to help release tension, and support an environment ready to repair and regenerate.
