The Resources Library

This page is a collection of everything I’ve found helpful, inspiring, or useful in understanding the nervous system and supporting its regulation. From scientific research papers and books to YouTube videos, class scripts, and guided Yoga Nidra practices, some of these resources are meant for personal learning, while others are designed for use in practice, whether you’re a teacher, student, therapist, or simply curious.

 

All of it is free. MYNDR's website isn’t hosted on a paid domain because I want to keep everything open and accessible, without barriers. Education is a privilege, but it should be shared wherever it can be. If something here helps you or someone you work with, please pass it on.
